Shipping  

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that backorders and or special order items take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, in the case of a pre-order, backorder, special order, or personalized items.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S.

Pre-orders

Pre-order status relates to an item which you are able to purchase in preview from the new collection or as limited edition. This typically means that the item is still in production when ordered and is not immediately available. Once at checkout please verify if the product is in pre-order status and the estimated ship date associated with this item. Expected ship dates may vary for pre-orders and are subject to change.

Returns

It is very important to us that you love your Reloveler product! 

Domestic orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Any enquiries made after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).

Returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Sale or promotional items - we do not accept returns on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 15% (unless the item is faulty). This includes Black Friday / Cyber Monday discounts.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect orders

If you received the incorrect item or a faulty item, we are sorry! A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product. All Reloveler pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.
